Thank you for your interest in booking an action sports photography session! Steve Schultz Photography serves Oshkosh and the surrounding communities.
Choose from three booking options: 5 Images Session, 10 Images Session and 20 Images Session.
In addition to the high-resolution digital images included in your session, you can also purchase high quality prints, wall art, keepsakes, and additional high-resolution digital images from your personal online photo gallery that is included in every session package.
All options include a digital image release which allows you to order prints from your preferred photo lab of the digital images included in your session.
Terms & Conditions 1) Imagery by Steve Schultz and Steve Schultz Photography is a service provided by Webmagination, LLC.
2) Steve Schultz Photography/Webmagination, LLC reserves the right to use images created under this contract for advertising, display, publication, or other purposes. The Client signing this contract warrants that he or she has actual authority to agree to the use of the likeness of all persons included in the portrait in this manner and shall indemnify and defend Steve Schultz Photography/Webmagination, LLC in the event of litigation arising out of such use. Negatives, digital files, and previews remain the exclusive property of Steve Schultz Photography/Webmagination, LLC.
3) Upon payment receipt, Steve Schultz Photography/Webmagination, LLC shall reserve the time and date agreed upon. Unless Steve Schultz Photography/Webmagination, LLC is able to fully replace the cancelled reservation, all session, sitting fees and deposits are non-refundable, even if the session/portrait is rescheduled or canceled for any reason other than inclement weather.
4) If Steve Schultz Photography/Webmagination, LLC cannot perform this Contract due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to Photographer’s illness or emergency, then the Photographer shall return any deposit or sitting fee to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the Contract. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or media malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer. In the event Steve Schultz Photography/Webmagination, LLC fails to perform for any other reason, Steve Schultz Photography/Webmagination, LLC shall not be liable for any amount in excess of the retail value of the Client’s order.
5) The charges in this Contract are based on Steve Schultz Photography/Webmagination, LLC's Standard Price List. This price list is adjusted periodically, and future orders shall be charged at the prices in effect at the time when the order is placed.
6) If payment is made by Credit Card, I authorize Webmagination, LLC to charge my card for the amount above. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. By purchasing this session you are acknowledging the terms and conditions.
